Description
Asian Development Bank (ADB) is an economic development agency based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Established in 1966, ADB is a multilateral development finance institution that finances development in the Asia and Pacific region with the aim of reducing poverty. The agency provides assistance to developing countries through loans, grants, policy dialogue, technical assistance, and equity investments. ADB helps nations to manage their natural resources, prepare them for any climatic change, and helps in the development of the nation by making investments in infrastructure, health care services, financial and public administration systems. The agency is managed by the board of governors and the board of directors.
